Bioinspired inorganic nanomaterials: synthesis, behaviour, and their applications
· Studying the interface of biology and inorganic nanomaterials, understanding the underlying biological process.
· Nanomaterials synthesis, developing industrially relevant renewable nanomaterials, and their ecotoxicological aspects.
· Fabrication of biocompatible nanostructures for nanobiosensors and flexible electronics.

Információ az előadóról:
Dr. Imran Uddin completed his doctoral degree in nanobiotechnology from the National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India. He completed postdoctoral fellowships at Rhodes University, South Africa, and Korea University, Seoul, South Korea. He was an assistant professor at the interdisciplinary nanotechnology center in India. He published fifty-two (52) research articles in peer-reviewed journals, including eight (8) book chapters, and edited a book as chief editor until now. He is the recipient of a number of awards, including those from the CSIR-Pool Scientists of India and the DST Young Scientists of India. He presented invited talks at several conferences, including a presentation at the 10th International Conference on Nanotechnology, NANO-2010, held at La-Sapienza University in Rome, Italy.
